This is a lovely location , close to all amenities and set in between the two main cities of Cardiff and Swansea and only 9 miles from Porthcawl , Beautiful Margam park and Kenfig nature reserves are only a short drive away with lots of historical areas and beautiful landscape in the surrounding areas there will be lots to see and do . Swansea is about 15 / 20 mins drive and Cardiff is about 30 minutes the other way . There is always lots to do in cities . There are some wonderful secret spots nearby too , Porthcawl is just down the road with coney beach fairground with donkey rides on the beach . A place called Ogmore-by -Sea is not far with stepping stones and a castle ruin there is also Myrther Mawr sand dunes close to this . the Gower coast is beautiful and again not far to drive for a lovely day out - look at Oxwich bay . If its raining there is also lots to do - there is a cinema just a few minutes walk from the house or there is bowling in Swansea , jump jam trampoline park is in Bridgend or there is a leisure centre with pool , gym , soft play just a stroll from the house . There is also the L2 swimming centre with indoor surfing just down the road in Swansea.
There is a bus stop almost directly across the road from the property . The train station is only a 5 minute drive away in the town centre. parking is free along the promenade.
